Ever since February I have lost tremendous strength in my legs and simple tasks like going up the stairs make me enormously exhausted, so I've decided to join the gym. I figure those may be side effects of my medical condition, but they shouldn't stop me from living a healthy, fit life. I workout 5 times a week for 1 hour and a half each time, focusing on cardio to build my strength and resistance, as well as weights and abs. These dumbbells right here weigh 2kg {or roughly 5lbs} and are great to work your arms even if you don't go to the gym. Girls... Nothing like neon to lift your workout mood, hey?
